Drawing 87: This is Druby. He's a gothic character I drew about 4 years ago. He originally had a little black umbrella. Very Tim Burton. I planned on doing something with him, but never hammered anything out. I suppose his tales would be dark. Maybe I'll include him in my series, "The Tales of Thomas Wort" project I'm working on.

speaking of umbrellas, this reminds me of the characters in a comic i just read called the umbrella academy. it's by the lead singer for my chemical romance, not sure if that is a good or bad thing, but the comic is pretty good. sort of a victorian/gothic kind of thing.
Gothic, huh? I don't see it, but you know more about it than I do. And I think he still ought to have the black umbrella.
